Can my bike jump out of the crank holder?

With the front wheel held securely in place, for the crank to move upward it would have to follow an arc, which it cannot do because the front wheel is fixed. So there's no lifting or vibration of your bicycle. Your cycling shoe will wear your crank out long before you'd notice any wear from the soft rubber coating on the crank tube.
Plus the crank tube is on a 5degree tilt to isolate any vertical movement.  This isolates any vertical vibration from lifting your bike.
